Led a retail Point-of-Sale (POS) software company called Ascend in use by over 1,000 independent bike dealers. Adopted operating principles from successful software companies (agile, crowd-sourced innovation, etc.) to achieve the top market share in the US bike industry.

Led the modernization of Trek Bicycle’s legacy systems and created a flexible, business-oriented IT organization. This provided the foundation to grow Trek's international business by 150% over six years.

Led significant portions of IT and finance integrations for several large acquisitions for Spectrum Brands. In 9 years, as the result of 14 acquisitions, private equity funded Spectrum Brands grew from a $300M North America battery company to a $2.6B global consumer products company.

For a large branded manufacturer, established a network of global e-commerce partners to provide independent dealers with websites that integrate into back-end systems.

Interim BI Manager for Milwaukee Tool. Under aggressive time pressures quickly brought in a team to build out a new data warehouse and convert all critical reporting in support of a full ERP replacement.

Created a three-year strategic Supply Chain Roadmap for Sub-Zero Wolf which aligned the supply chain vision with new and emerging business opportunities.

Implemented a Product Information Management (PIM) system to house Trek’s product information in 16 different languages. Established the process for creating and distributing the information to downstream processes (brand websites, print catalogs, e-store, etc.)

Rolled out an Executive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process which integrated the demand, supply, and financial forecasts for a global consumer products company.

Created a consumer facing bike configurator (ProjectOne) that fully integrated back through the supply chain to the forecasting and purchasing processes.
